Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant, Ava Road, Brantford, ON, Canada

Join Paint-Club to create a painting inspired by Group of Seven founder Lawren S. Harris’ work. You will be lead by a local artist who takes a hands-on approach to guiding everyone through a positive experience. You don’t need to have any painting experience or supplies to participate – just bring an open mind and enjoy learning in a fun, social environment. Please note: There is limited seating for this event, so sign up quickly to avoid disappointment!

Did you know? A mountainscape painting by Group of Seven founder Lawren Harris is the most expensive artwork ever to sell at a Canadian auction. Mountain Forms, a renowned 1926 painting of Alberta’s Mount Ishbel in the Sawback Range of the Rocky Mountains in Banff National Park, sold for $11.21 million at the Heffel Fine Art Auction House in Toronto in November 2016!

Paint-Club is a locally-run business owned by Kim DiFrancesco and Aliki Mikulich. Both owners are professional artists and are passionate about seeing art become accessible to everyone. They firmly believe that anyone with a desire can learn to make art. For more information about Paint-Club, visit http://paint-club.ca.
